Today more than ever definitions are very
important.
The definition of who is a Jew is central
to both Jewish and Israeli legal identity.
All indigenous peoples
are defined by the land from where they have been historically living as a culture.

The idea of jewish identity

Defining the Promise of Isreal
The Torah the Halvtorah and the writings of the Prophets generally called the Old Testatment by
so called Christians
Is the very constitution and the identity of Both Israel
and Jewishness and Semitism. If there were no Old Testament
or better know by the Jewish community as the Tenach there would be no Jewishnees at all.
1. ( Physical Jew).
Now to better see the manifestation of this idenity today we see, that The State of Israel and her potential diaspora

quaified Jewish mothers or orthodoox
converts portray the ( Physical Jew). This may technically include any decendant of
all of the original twelve tribes of Isreal the grandson of Father
Abraham by Isaac. Even so it is mainly by the sons of Judah
Levi and to a leeser extent Benjamin that make up todays Israeli Population.

Testament of the Bible.
However, in this
day Isreal is recognized by the United Nations as State of Israel. Jews who have not met the standards
of the Nation of Isreal ( for whatever reason),
or living outside of The State of Isreal or even unrecognized in Isreal, are not
part of the State of Israel. Therfore
not a Physical Jew by legal standards.
2. ( Spiritual
Jews or Spritual Israelis )
This is a metiphysical world based only on the refernences
in the Old Testamtent or the so called Tenach by the Jewish comunity.
The adherents of this other world based on Jewish Biblical concepts is unrecognized
by modrern science who denies a metphysical world
either yesterday today or in the furture. However under the constituion of the Roman Catholic Church there are clauses
of the recognition
of a Bible based Heaven
and types of other spritual or metaphysical worlds even to include realms of Hell. This continues on to recognize
a new earth and a new Heaven as based on the so called
Holy Scriptures of the Jewish Tenach and its Brit Ha da sheam called
The New testament which exclusively comes from the Old Testament as a fundation.
The Roman Catholic Church is the only United Nations
representative of this metphysical world. That does not mean that the Roman catholic
cghruch is not also the represnetative of the native indigenous
peoples called the Romans. The Vatican is the seat of this government and its world wide influance.
The Roman poeple and those who are adopted into
it from all Nations by the RCC are physically represented at the UN by the RCC. If those who are
not legally part of the RCC they have no representation
to the UN. Such groups that hold fast to the New and Old Testament and its metaphysical
world view whether denominations of Christianity Rabitical Judism
not recognized by the state of Israel, or tribes of the earth have no legal representation before
the UN.
